The particular browser that you are using will often have help available
on-line. Look under menu items like "Help" or "Window".
For example, Netscape maintains a
technical support page
that provides links to documentation and help files on different versions of
their browsers, an extensive
online
handbook, and other sources of information
that can be accessed under the "Help"
browser menu.
Microsoft likewise provides
online technical support
for their products.
There is also a trend in the most modern browsers to put
"balloon help", where holding the mouse cursor over a button will pop up a
balloon telling what the button does.
There may also be organized User's Groups associated with your
browser that such help files will point to. For example, here are links to
